In Store Pick Up Details

Pick up process:

• When your order’s ready to collect we will send you an email or SMS or a call. Only go to the store once your collection is confirmed with the store team member.

• Our stores opening hours are different to each location, please give your store a call a day before your pick up and confirm the collection.

• When you arrive, go to the Service Desk.

• The store team member at the counter will locate your order and place it near the counter.

• Original purchase invoice and Signature is required on collection.

• Please remember to bring a trolley and another person to help as your bedroom furniture are two person lift items. Please contact our customer service 0429220312 for more information.
