Courier Delivery
This product will be delivered directly to you from our warehouse by a 3rd party courier such as Australia Post or another similar courier type service.
If this product is shipped in multiple boxes, it will typically be shipped separately due to weight and dimension restrictions, and as such each box may arrive at a different time.
Other Important Delivery Information
Standard Delivery is a fast and cost-effective shipping method that delivers direct to your front door, mailbox, front entrance, foyer, reception, or other ground floor parcel receiving location.
If your delivery is going to an office or apartment building with flight of stairs or to out of our service area, please contact our customer service 0429220312 to organise the special delivery.
Standard Delivery will usually occur Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm) but could occur outside of these hours during peak periods. We do our best to keep you informed along the way as to when your delivery will arrive. We send emails and SMS alerts to let you know when your order is in transit and on the day of delivery to you.
If you are not home for a delivery, in most cases the item will be taken back to our warehouse for collection. In some case re-delivery may be possible TNC Apply. Please note items will only be held for approximately 3-5 days and then returned to the supplier if unclaimed.
