Binding Terms

You may order goods sold by Just Mattresses Pty Ltd (ABN 54615588317), (“our”, “us” or “we”) ("Products") by selecting them and submitting an order through our website ("Site"). The Site includes all web pages under or forming part of the domain name www.justmattress.com.au and www.justmattress.au . By placing an order for Product(s) through the Site you agree to the terms and conditions set out below ("E-Commerce Terms") in addition to the Terms of Use applicable to the Site.

Delivery

We provide an estimated delivery or collection timeframe after the checkout processes. Please download our Delivery Details. We will confirm the actual delivery or collection time after the order has been placed. The Site may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may have placed based on information on the Site that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Services, Replacements & Refunds

All services, replacements, and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. All services, replacements and refunds must be managed by the store of purchase or contact our Head Office on info@justmattress.com.au

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve the right to not offer a replacement or refund. Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

If a refund is processed, we will refund the original purchase price in the form of direct bank transfer, minus any associated fees and charges. Most refunds will be processed within 10 business days once you email info@justmattress.com.au with your details.

If you are entitled to a replacement, please be aware that some of our goods are sourced from suppliers and may require in excess of 10 weeks to source a replacement part or product.

Warranties

If you believe your product may have a manufacturing fault, please contact your store of purchase and they will arrange an inspection. Each of our manufacturers provide warranties and guarantees for faults or defects under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

If you change your mind about a purchase before delivery, please notify the store of purchase immediately. As some products at Just Mattresses we sell are made to order, once the order is placed with the manufacturer it is then made specifically for you. Cancellation of an order that has gone into production may carry a restocking fee at the stores and manufacturer's discretion.

Please choose carefully. Most of our products can’t be resold once unwrapped, due to health or hygiene reasons. If you change your mind, we may in our absolute discretion, offer you a replacement, refund or credit if:

o   You have proof of purchase

o   The product and packaging are in their original condition

o   The product has not been used or soiled

o   The following products are excluded from change of mind returns:

o   Mattress protectors

o   Pillows

o   Items which have been sold using our assembly service

o   Beds or mattresses that have been slept on, excluding those that qualify for a comfort guarantee

o   Any other perishable items which cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons once unwrapped

Cancellations

A cancellation fee of 20% is applicable on the total purchase price if you cancel your order.

Pricing
All our product prices are quoted inclusive of GST. You agree to pay all taxes (including GST) payable in connection with this contract.
Delivery costs will also be charged on orders delivered to you. The delivery fee payable for your order depends on the product(s) you order and your location and the size of your order.
All charges payable in relation to an order are clearly displayed in the 'TOTAL' during the checkout process prior to placement of an order.

Features and specifications of Products described or depicted on the Site are subject to change without notice. All weights and dimensions mentioned are approximate.

Risk and Title
Title and risks in a product pass to you on delivery or collection of the product as the case may be.
